I have lived the entrepreneur's reality myself.

I have been in a situation where you work non-stop, carry responsibility alone, and try to keep the company, customers, and your own well-being together at the same time. I know what it feels like when there are too many decisions, time is running out, and every wrong move costs you money, energy, and nerves directly.

One of my biggest challenges as an entrepreneur was not motivation or work ethic – but decision-making. Where should you really invest? What is blocking growth right now? And above all: what decision am I avoiding, even though I know it's necessary?

At the same time, I found it frustrating that even though customer feedback was exceptionally good and the product worked, the business didn't get the visibility or sales it deserved. I did a lot of things right – but some critical aspect remained constantly unclear.

I often thought how helpful it would be if there was a tool that: • forced you to look at business honestly • saved time, money, and mental burden • told you directly what decision needs to be made now

This thought gave birth to NexTM.

I started developing NexTM Decision Engine as a solution to the problems I had been in myself. I built a system that doesn't try to please, but forces clarity. A system that works like an external CEO – analyzes only the given information and tells why growth isn't happening and what needs to be decided next.

NexTM was not born from theory. It was born from experience, mistakes, and those moments when postponing a decision cost too much.
